چکیده
Molecular analyses of 16S rRNA gene cloning and sequencing methods were applied to identify microorganisms in environmental samples including, soil, seawater, and wastewater. The analyses revealed that the diversity of bacterial communities in the soil is highly complex and the soil contains bacteria which belong to the candidate phylogenic divisions (Rappė and Giovannoni, 2003). The candidate phylogenic divisions are known as the phylogenic divisions which did not contain cultivated relatives. The properties of the bacteria in the candidate phylogenic divisions have yet to be characterized because cultivation conditions for the bacteria have not yet been established. The rhizosphere is defi ned as the soil surrounding the roots that is infl uenced by living roots. This infl uence may occur by root exudation of carbon substrates that affect microbial communities. Therefore the rhizosphere is one good source for the analysis of the microbial communities of the soil because the soil of the rhizosphere contains relatively abundant bacteria. In the rhizosphere, it is well known that highly diverse of J. Gen. Appl. Microbiol., 56, 129‒136 (2010)

Isolation and phylogenic analysis of emerging new antibiotic resistant bacteria, Acinetobacter lwoffii, associated with mortality in farmed rainbow trout
Whereas it is well documented that the genus Acinetobacter is associated with antibiotic resistant bacteria and human clinical infections, there are very few studies to date that report it as an emerging new pathogen for fish. In the present study, Acinetobacter lwoffii was isolated from diseased rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) from Iranian farms, in the Khuzestan Province by both biochemic...

متن کاملIsolation, identification, and environmental adaptability of heavy-metal-resistant bacteria from ramie rhizosphere soil around mine refinery
Six bacteria strains from heavy-metal-polluted ramie rhizosphere soil were isolated through Cd2+ stress, which were numbered as JJ1, JJ2, JJ10, JJ11, JJ15, and JJ18. Sequence alignment and phylogenic analysis showed that strain JJ1 belonged to Pseudomonas, strain JJ2 belonged to Cupriavidus, strains JJ11 and JJ15 belonged to Bacillus, and strains JJ10 and JJ18 belonged to Acinetobacter. The tol...
متن کاملGenotypic and Phylogenic Analysis of Lactobacilli Producing Bacteriocin Isolated from Traditional Dairy Products and Food
Background & Objective: Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are a group of Gram-positive, non-spore forming, cocci or rod shaped, catalase negative organisms, considered as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) organisms. These bacteria are used for thousands of years for production of fermented foods because of their ability to produce desirable changes in taste, flavor and texture. Different antimicrobi...
